The 3 stars are for Customer Service Associate Taylor she is very professional nd pleasant to do buisness with,her male manager however is NOT! Visited the store recently nd,he curse several times while interacting with another customer! ? No excuses for unprofessional behavior,especially from a leader!!!! ?

Great phone service. Have this as a second cell service. So far no problems. Phone is very nice. Different from what I have but nice. Good deals as well.
