“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”
“For some reason my mom wasn't getting my text. We were at a dead end because her phone carrier tried and couldn't even help us. My mom was defeated and frustrated as she's elderly and of course needs to text me. Well my parents and I were riding down Telegraph and I mentioned that I heard so many great things about FONE FIXERS!!! My mom says let's go in there and see if they can help. “I went into the AT&T store located on Vernor/Livernois and was met by two lovely young ladies employees who treated me like family.I have a high impact job and from time to time my phone drops out of my pocket often needing screen repair. The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). It was an all around refreshing experience and a testament of the right type of role model othet young people should emulate. Thank you for your time.”

Had I known I would have went back to one of the other MetroPCS that I had checked out in Farmington, their price was $10.00 . I thought all prices were the same so I chose the one closer to my house, I guess they are not the same in prices. However, they were friendly on Greenfield.”
