Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. “Russel Jewell repaired my subwoofer's cone right before my eyes.. From our conversation, it seems, Russel was a staple in Detroit recording studios back in the day.I found him online... left a request for service on his website. He called me back after a competitor said they couldn't help me - their only solution was for me to purchase a new speaker for $250).When I got to Russel's shop in Detroit... I wondered...if I should actually stop - not because of area - but his store front ... a bit of a mess.. When I found courage to stop. He jumped right on it, did some common sense testing. Told me what he going to do and did it - right in front of me. He told me what the charge was only going to be. When I saw he seemed to know what he was doing... I decided to pay him more. He worked on it about an hour and a half. He worked on it on the sidewalk in front of his storefront. Too cool!”

“I bought a TV stand for my first purchase from them. Funny enough I didn't pay for setup and the woman on the phone reaffirmed with me that it would be coming in a box needing assembly. To my surprise when the men got here and pulled it off the truck it wasn't in a box and was fully assembled! That was easily the nicest thing that happened to me for the day. The gentleman that help us was very patient, knowledgeable, and informed me of discounts that I didn't know applied to me. I live in Ypsilanti, and my daughter in Grisse Point Park. Someone had stolen my daughters phone and she pays her bill here. One guy called her iPhone and said something to scare the theif. The bum brought my daughters phone back to this store.
