Ive banked at chase for almost 20 years, and have my moms accounts there as well. I recently closed my moms savings account, and I needed some documentation regarding the closed account, I needed help with some new bank fees that were added to my moms checking account, and a withdrawal and some other things for myself.
I figured I'd handle my withdrawal at the counter, before waiting a while to handle everything else with one of the bankers. Jessica L. was like an angel, she handled everything for me, right at the counter. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, changed my moms bank account structure, easily received printouts of the info that I needed, handled my own banking needs.
It was amazing ... she made my day! Its sad to say that it is very rare to receive service like that these days. Thank you Jessica, you're the best! Made my day!”
