“This particular location is outstanding. I don't understand some of the previous bad reviews. I witnessed the utmost customer service during my time at this bank. Branch Manager Theresa would make contact with customers in the lobby to minimize the wait and answer any banking questions. Paris the Banker was outstanding in expediting my financial needs and providing a great insight on investments and products. Its nice to see "Old School" customer care at a time where it seems to be non-existent. If you need banking with a touch of care and professionalism this location is highly recommended.”

We were set up with a new account by Anthony and he was more than great! He walked us through the whole process and even helped tremendously with our direct deposits and E-Banking. Great customer service is very important and difficult to find with companies using more AI to answer their phones. It was easy to get a callback when we initially called and their English was perfect. We look forward now to our new banking branch. No- we did not do this over the phone from Hawaii. I registered many years ago with Yelp while visiting relatives.”
