“I went yesterday, Tuesday, April 11. I recieved amazing service from this man working (i sadly forgot his name!!) I went in with my dad to open a checking account, around 2:30 pm. I asked questions and he politely answered them all and with detail. As well as, he would use my name when speaking to me. He was a very kind gentleman and we need more people like him in the world!”

I needed to open 2 accounts, a personal one and one for my late father's estate of which I am the administrator.Ms. Shemeka Randolph took care of all of my issues quickly and professionally. “Despite all of the bad reviews I’ve never had a problem coming here. I sat down with a gentlemen and a woman twice (two separate times) to go over my account information and they both helped me without no problems. They were really nice and friendly. Making deposits at the ATM was convenient and easy. Customer service was great when I went. I went to withdraw some cash inside and handed a piece of paper to the teller for the amount I wanted to withdraw from my account and she understood the assignment. She counted quietly. I feel like stuff like that shouldn’t be spoken so loudly especially when involve counting cash. Nobody else around you need to hear how much you’re withdrawing or depositing into your bank.”
