“Needed new tires to be mounted and balanced on my 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Called around to get estimates. Grader Auto Services won my business. Quick rundown of service and price. I was shocked to be offered an appt on Monday. Service area is neat. Waiting area large, neat, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and informative. Best price, and quickest appt, closest to my home, in the area. Will be returning!!”

“I was needing a brake chamber put on my semi-truck over the weekend I could not find a shop in my area that was open and Bill's repair service was open 24/7 he came out on a Sunday and did the job. If I find myself in the area Westfield Massachusetts again I would call him again. Service charge was reasonable.”
“Had Mike do a clutch change on my Jetta. I love the way it drives now. Unfortunately while doing the work a coolant line was cracked and led to me getting stranded 15 miles after leaving. Mike was willing to fix it free of charge but never acknowledged any responsibility or mentioned the inconvenience of me having to get a hotel room and stay an extra day. Overall pretty positive experience 4/5 stars.”
