“I generally do not do reviews of anything. Just had my Lexus serviced at Balise. I have been a customer there for the past 10 years or so. I worked with Dmitriy Gotlib as a Service Advisor. I do not have enough positive words to say about the service I have received through this organization. They are prompt, thorough, thoughtful, and customer oriented at every turn and always have been in my experience. These, sadly, have become rare qualities in many organizations. I would not hesitate to recommend them!”

“I took my car to Precision Auto for the first time because the smaller shop I normally take my car too no longer does the service my car needed. I was nervous at first because I haven't gone to a new shop in several years and as we all know, doing so can be hit or miss. From my first call to Precision asking if they would service my car, they were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They are professional and complete a whole review of your car that you can view online, it even had pictures. They are also compassionate. I love my little car and keep it in the best condition I can. However, a lot of people take one look at my 20yr old civic and can't be bothered, regardlessof it's condition. Precision Auto didn't do that. They had no problem servicing my car quickly and getting it back to it's optimal performance. Their office/waiting room is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for that small shop quality/feel with the technologically modern process of the dealer, I definitely recommend Precision Auto. It's safe to say I'll be back if ever the need arises.”

The place is veteran owned and they are honest. Any type of repair that I will need done to my vehicle will be done there. Took picture of something that a big chain auto repair place did. The big chain auto repair place replaced my radiator but over torqued the nipple causing it to leak. The took a picture and sent it to me and repaired it as well as the could without replacing my radiatorI truly trust them with my vehicle. “My husband and I brought our 2007 Hyundai Tucson in to Pete this morning because it was making an extremely loud roaring noise that got louder when stepping on the gas. I walked in letting Pete know that my fear was a stolen catalytic converter. He quickly put that fear to rest. I should have thought logically and realized a 2007 would have rust anywhere including exhaust pipe. Easy fix!! “I’ve had interactions with Pat’s for well over a decade, and more importantly, with several different autos. My livelihood revolves around absolute dependability, no one knows why those relays, fuse, etc. days hang you out. I’ve been 35 years in business, countless areas, and why I say 5 stars, which is elite. Is because when its really urgent, like costing you an entire client, campaign, or series, without sacrificing other patrons cars, nor any skill levels, Pats will do, ‘whatever is possible’, to get you up and out. 100% certified techs, master craftsmen, state of art diagnostics, **and needed OEM Programmers/coder/* several names but there are several things requiring a matching Brand plug in computer that resets, recodes, programs your vehicle. Many shops will send those out to Dealers, to save on overhead. I get it, but I know I’m different now than I was 30, 20, yrs ago, today I miss nothing. And that has saved the day and so fair honest prices. Certified techs, super fixture in town type Business, they’re going nowhere! It’s easy to be a faithful before you know it. I call em l8ke I know em! A+”

“A few years ago, I purchased an SUV with a side mirror that was wobbling and not properly positioned. While driving in West Springfield, I chanced upon Arnold’s Auto Body and decided to ask for an appointment. To my surprise, the owner who was at the front desk offered to check it out immediately. With his tools in hand, he meticulously worked on it for about 15 minutes and managed to restore it perfectly. What was even more astounding was that he didn’t charge me a dime. Fast forward to today, I visited again with a new car that had a few rock chips. Without hesitation, the same gentleman offered to help, asking only that I bring in some touch-up paint. His willingness to offer time and expertise without expecting anything in return is a true testament to his character.In a world filled with cynicism, this man reminded me of the inherent goodness in people. “This is the first review I've written for a business. It's not my thing. However, buying a car is a huge investment and it's important people don't get ripped off as I have in the past. I bought my car from them about 4 months ago and it's gone through the worst of the winter. That said: Ready Motors was relaxed and easy to work with. No high pressure sales, and they let me take my time thoroughly inspecting the car I was considering. I did feel a little nervous, because the place is small, deals in used cars, and I've been burned before. Thus the almost rudely thorough inspection. The car in question was a 2013 Honda Fit with only 6k miles. Sounds good, but it had been totaled and given a salvage title. Not that you could tell. I did my due diligence and found that it had had one entire side of paneling completely destroyed. (It was a salvage due to the complete repair cost of essentially superficial damage being higher than the purchase price) Victor was very upfront about this. However, I couldn't tell. Not at all. Ready Motors had restored the car (using a door from a '12 or '11 Fit?) to essentially new condition, had it inspected, and re-titled. I really couldn't tell that it had ever been damaged, and that's after having seen the pictures from the salvage auction site. Internally, everything seemed brand new. I bought the car at a price that was high for a salvage, but very, very low for the actual condition of the vehicle. No finance option, but I was able to pay out of pocket, and he took my literally undrivable former car (I lost a belt on the way over) at a very reasonable exchange. There were some immediate problems discovered, but they were minor and Ready Motors fixed them without complaint or question (a tail light wasn't working and a tire had a gouge). Since then I haven't had a single issue with the vehicle and it's handled the winter and my 80+ miles per day very well. I'd recommend Ready Motors to a friend, and I'd recommend it to you. If something does go wrong, I'll update this, but it won't be too much longer before the things that are wrong are all my own fault. Update: I saw this review while recommending Ready Motors for my girlfriend. Thought I'd edit some of my mistakes and update that the car is still running well. Aside from damage received in an accident, it still feels like I bought a new car from them.”
