I drove in to Lia without an appointment realizing that they might not be able to fit me in. But within an hour or so, it was all fixed and ready to go. “I took my car to Precision Auto for the first time because the smaller shop I normally take my car too no longer does the service my car needed. I was nervous at first because I haven't gone to a new shop in several years and as we all know, doing so can be hit or miss. From my first call to Precision asking if they would service my car, they were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They are professional and complete a whole review of your car that you can view online, it even had pictures. They are also compassionate. I love my little car and keep it in the best condition I can. However, a lot of people take one look at my 20yr old civic and can't be bothered, regardlessof it's condition. Precision Auto didn't do that. They had no problem servicing my car quickly and getting it back to it's optimal performance. Their office/waiting room is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for that small shop quality/feel with the technologically modern process of the dealer, I definitely recommend Precision Auto. It's safe to say I'll be back if ever the need arises.”

“I come here to get my car or cars fixed. This place is honest and very reasonable. The prices depend on what you need done to your car. The staff are very nice and friendly. The guy who works here his name is Chris. I been coming here for many years. This place is behind Kelly school In holyoke mass. If anything is wrong with your car bring it here and Chris the mechanic will fix it for you then he will tell you what needed to be done and then he would tell you the price of how much it would cost. While he works on your car that needed to be fixed. He would also look around the whole car to see if it needed any more work to be done on it while he has it on the lift. There is on street parking here and also he has a small parking lot in front of his shop. Handicap accessible entrance.”
