I bought a new phone and the sales person, Rachel, is very knowledgeable about all of the phone specifics and it was nice to be informed, while being treated with amazing customer service. I have been with Metro for many years and have never had a problem with my service or the merchandise that I purchased, even as recently as today. I've dealt all of the experienced associates, including Derek, Steve, and Erica...and they have treated me with the upmost respect that I would expect from a brick and mortar store. I highly recommend buying cell phones and cell phone merchandise from Metro, because they have been and always will be one of my favorite phone dealers.”
