“Arrived at a volunteer commitment nearby only to get notification of low tire pressure just as I was parking. Discovered a nail in my tire. My husband found this place on Google and I was able to drive there. They helped me out right away and plugged the tire for me at no charge. The owner was very kind. “I was traveling across country in my sprinter and had to have it towed in. (Suggested by IDparts)The tow was supposed to happen overnight but when they arrived and didn’t see it they called to make sure it didn’t get dropped at the wrong place. Once it did arrive, I was back on the road in no time.Some of the other reviews mentioning “backyard garage” in a negative light is why I enjoyed my experience. They aren’t paying for a crazy overhead for you to sit in a fancy waiting room, etc.If you’re looking for those things and to pay more, go to a dealership.If you want an honest and knowledgeable mechanic at a better price bring your stuff here.Thank you Kraftwerke! “I have been in the auto industry for 23 years. These guys reached out to me because my girlfriend is a very lifelong customer of theirs. The detailer decided to retire, and I am in fact a detailer, so I went down there and met them and did some of their cars and now I work for them when they need me I can tell you that the equipment they have in the shop is barn on the best you can get hands-down the spare, no expense for quality, they have everything snap on even the floor jacks everything is professional great they’re smart the mechanics have decades of experience and mike the owner and the owner manager, etc. are knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievable. Please come here if you need any kind of service on your vehicle and while you’re there ask for a TC complete Auto to detail your vehicle I do full paint correction so a coating everything we’d love to help you but I can tell you this Master Tech auto is awesome, my girl wouldn’t even go to a shop that I worked in as a service manager because she wanted to go to her people instead she trusted them so much I don’t fault no one for that but that says a lot when your live-in boyfriend is in the car business, his whole life and you just still decide to go to the shop down the street because you trust them 100% that means a lot Great job guys”

More important which normally people don't consider is the after service. Usually, dealers don't even pick up the phone as soon as they sold the car. “My son’s car was broken down in the fast lane on the highway. Thankfully Chris’ Service Center arrived within 10 mins of the call. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. The young lady and several gentlemen at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even the tow was affordable. The driver said that he treats all customers as if they were family. Chris’ Service Center were willing to fix the car but suggested I get it fixed somewhere closer to home so that I don’t need to come out that way again. When I left this business, I knew I found a place that I can trust. I cannot THANK this business and tow truck driver enough for taking care of my family.”

Gas seems to last longer!As for repairs….years ago my son had a real piece of crap for a car and this place caught something that was extremely dangerous and said he should get it fixed there or somewhere else because it could end up disastrous if not fixed! To me that shows he cared about him! I will never forget it! We brought it somewhere else for a second opinion and they agreed!UPDATE:Just got gas and the attendant inside noticed I had an expired inspection sticker! I completely missed it! He took me right away and saved me from getting pulled over!!”

“They took the time out of their week, to fix my semi when they could have said no. They even got it fixed being short staffed that week. I gotta say I'm impressed with the service that was delivered. They did a good job fixing it so that I could make it back to Wisconsin. Only thing that was kind of irritating, was the parking lot is only meant for straight trucks and bobtail trucks. You can swing around the back to drop your trailer, before service, but expect a 30 point turn to get enough swing to get out of the back parking area.”
