Multiple folks at work suggested Congdon Auto in order to take care of my trusted transportation.I brought my car into Congdon for an oil change and tire rotation, and the level of service and professionalism was beyond description! “To reiterate what others have already said, this mechanic has got to be the fairest and most professional I have ever worked with. This week, Foxfield Auto replaced the brake pads and rotors on my Subaru. When I contacted to schedule an appointment, they accommodated me right away! After I dropped off my car, they contacted a few hours later to let me know the cost. A few hours after that, my car was prepared for pickup whenever it was most convenient for me. He was courteous and helpful, and he gave a clear explanation of the services and prices. It was even less expensive than my usual family mechanic. I heartily endorse Foxfield Auto.”

“After calling around to several places looking for a replacement hybrid battery for my daughter’s Gen 2 prius I found Greentec. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. I called and all my questions were answered. Within minutes we had an appointment ( next day!) at their shop in Foxboro. “I was driving back from Cape Cod to Vermont, having pumped up a pancake-flat tire when I left. About 2 hours into my journey, thinking I had finally cleared the hellish carcrashes & thunderstorms . . . the tire light came on. I exited 495 & by blind luck found Central St. Garage after just a couple of miles. In about 15 minutes they'd put the car on the lift, removed the nail from the tire, plugged the leak, & sent me on my way for $26. “I found a listing for a used vehicle online that happened to be at Rodman in Foxboro. I emailed them and they were able to set me up to see the vehicle after work that day, they even had the truck outside waiting for me. I got there late at night, just before their closing time, but I was not rushed. I was able to test drive the vehicle and negotiate at my own pace. Jim was the first person I spoke with at the dealership and he was great. As it was late, we weren't able to complete the transaction that evening, but Jim, Jordan (the General Sales Manager), and a few others stayed past closing time to work with me. I was able to walk out the door with a handshake agreement. The next morning, I received a call from Jordan asking me if my wife and I were still interested in making the purchase at the agreed upon conditions (I will say they worked with me on my trade, ending up giving me substantially more than their original offer). I informed Jordan that my wife and I had discussed it and we were good to go forward. I then set out to the dealership to complete the sale. I arrived there and was greeted by Wayne (Jim was off that day), he helped me through the purchase. Wayne, like Jim, has been with Rodman for many years, both of them are experienced, not pushy, and are willing to listen to their customers. Wayne informed me that he had taken the liberty of prepping the vehicle for me, so if I wanted, I could drive off with it that day. I was not expecting that, but it was appreciated. I then met with Andrew in finance, I had been approved at a good rate (given rates these days), but he was able to better it. Went back over to Wayne who completed the purchase process and was greeted by Jordan who came by to thank me for doing business with them. Wayne brought me out to the vehicle, took his time to walk me through the electronics and any other questions I had. Before I was on my way he mentioned that Rodman is a family business, that their customers mean a lot to them, and if I should have any questions to please reach out to them. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I will say confidently, this was the best experience I have had. I don't believe I will need a new vehicle in the next few years, but when I do, I will be going back to Rodman. At the end of the day car dealerships need to make money selling vehicles and customers want to pay the least possible for them, that is just how it is. At Rodman I wasn't pressured into anything. I told them what I wanted, what I was willing to do, and they helped to make it work. In my opinion it doesn't get better than that.”
