“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. The young lady and several gentlemen at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even the tow was affordable. The driver said that he treats all customers as if they were family. Chris’ Service Center were willing to fix the car but suggested I get it fixed somewhere closer to home so that I don’t need to come out that way again.
