Personable and professional without that pushy feeling or lack of transparency you may find elsewhere.Leveraging technology is a standout here as well. After they go over your vehicle, they send you an email connected to a portal that has images, prices and the ability to select and accept work to be done. This is typically followed up with by text, or phone if you so choose, to alert you of your quote and the suggested repairs. The work was done timely and a week on, not an single issue. Pricing was fair and I walked away satisfied with what I paid.To top it all off, they sent me a kind card thanking me for choosing their garage.If you are in the market for a new garage, Hometown is an easy recommendation.”

“Honest team. I reached out initially to ask for a transmission quote for my r50 cvt mini cooper and was suggested to bring it in just to confirm that is the way to go. After test driving, they confirmed the transmission did need to be replaced. They suggested that for the repair price, it was just not worth it to fix it. Appreciate the suggestion, I was able to trade in the car and used the repair money for another car, less headache. If I ever have transmission issue, I'd definitely come back again (hope I never have to though!)”

“Where do I begin? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB! Here’s a story of my personal experience with Mark. So a couple of years ago my friend referred me to come here to get my brakes service. I called made an appointment spoke with Mark and he walked me through the process with pricing and how long the job would take. Price was amazing I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz cla 250 and the timing was as promised. Mark is very professional and made the process hassle free. TODAY!!! I called him and wanted to see if he does an oil change because I was up the street from him. I needed one asap but he didn’t have availability until Saturday so I cannot wait til then. Since I had him on the phone I ask about my check engine light and said if you’re around come in I’ll check for you and it’s not gonna cost ya just to see what the issue is. Because you know anywhere else they will charge you 160-180Just to diagnose it. Anywho we found out the issue and he legit gave me a free update to his on my car with its system. I felt like I won the lottery because he did that for me when he didn’t have too ? totally made my day because I’ve been stressing. He’s seriously all about helping people and not scamming people. It’s hard to find people like him now a days. We agreed ?? f the light come back on I will give him a call so that he can service me again. I’m definitely do all my carService with him from now on. “They did a good job replacing some parts on my Ford truck's automatic transmission, as opposed to pushing me into a full rebuild. It all worked out well and I got a fair deal. Definitely appreciate them not taking advantage. They have also rebuilt a couple of other automatics for me over the years and I never had an issues.”

“These guys absolutely saved me!! Last August I was many miles from home (from Chicago), and my car suddenly had an issue on the highway. I was sent from AutoZone to these guys, and I couldn't have gotten a better place. Thankfully they had time that day to squeeze me in to diagnose and fix my car. I could tell that they are honest people and the owner really knows his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and they were professional with me the entire time. They even filled up my break fluid for free since they noticed it was a little low. Without their help I don't think I would have been able to drive back home. Truly thank you.”
“I have owned 10 vehicles in the past 55 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism at Mechanics Direct. I brought my 2009 Saturn Aura XR for a drain issue they told me that they would have to make the parts because Saturns are no longer manufactured. I am so happy that they fixed the drain problem and warrantied the repair for 3 years. I liked the fact that they explained everything in detail what they found and how they repaired the drains. I had gone to several GM dealers prior to going to Mechanics Direct and was told it would take 3 days to repair because they would have to assess the problem and have to wait for parts. “At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle.
