“Where do I begin? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB! Here’s a story of my personal experience with Mark. So a couple of years ago my friend referred me to come here to get my brakes service. I called made an appointment spoke with Mark and he walked me through the process with pricing and how long the job would take. Price was amazing I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz cla 250 and the timing was as promised. Mark is very professional and made the process hassle free. TODAY!!! I called him and wanted to see if he does an oil change because I was up the street from him. I needed one asap but he didn’t have availability until Saturday so I cannot wait til then. Since I had him on the phone I ask about my check engine light and said if you’re around come in I’ll check for you and it’s not gonna cost ya just to see what the issue is. I felt like I won the lottery because he did that for me when he didn’t have too ? totally made my day because I’ve been stressing. He’s seriously all about helping people and not scamming people. “These guys absolutely saved me!! Last August I was many miles from home (from Chicago), and my car suddenly had an issue on the highway. I was sent from AutoZone to these guys, and I couldn't have gotten a better place. Thankfully they had time that day to squeeze me in to diagnose and fix my car. I could tell that they are honest people and the owner really knows his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and they were professional with me the entire time. “I have owned 10 vehicles in the past 55 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism at Mechanics Direct. I brought my 2009 Saturn Aura XR for a drain issue they told me that they would have to make the parts because Saturns are no longer manufactured. I am so happy that they fixed the drain problem and warrantied the repair for 3 years. I liked the fact that they explained everything in detail what they found and how they repaired the drains. I had gone to several GM dealers prior to going to Mechanics Direct and was told it would take 3 days to repair because they would have to assess the problem and have to wait for parts.
