“Had to go to Mavis (in Lowell) because I was having issues with my tire, turns out there was a large screw in it. James, the assistant manager, did an amazing job explaining everything and handling the situation. Will be going back to replace the tire in a few weeks! Would recommend to others if you need new tires or other services (that they provide of course).”
