He was so polite over the phone, and when we got there, he ran other tests to make sure we flushing out the reservoir was the last thing we did. Checked our car out and didn’t charge us for it, and even explained to us what was going on and what he was doing. As two women who often can feel like we’re being taken advantage of in car shops, Bill did not make us feel that way at all. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness! Paul took it for a ride and diagnosed it and found it didn't need either. It just needed a much needed oil change and filter at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her car.”
