I needed to port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Ledi very patiently helped me navigate the unfriendly AT&T system to get the necessary details. His knowledge of the services and devices is incredible. He spent almost 4 hours assisting us with the porting process, setting up new devices, and transferring data from the old phone to the new device. What would have been a very tiring experience was made pleasant thanks to Ledi's expertise and skill.”

“My experience at the Somerville store was outstanding. Mida helped getting everything that I needed. I can say I took her time but she accomplished what I needed. She also multitasked with acknowledging others back and forth but I felt completed at the end of day. Her colleague Sasha were there as well making sure we were ok. “I was there 2 Sundays ago and I met Carmen. She is amazing and make us feel home she did go above and beyond to suggest me what phone should I get. She was well educated about the phone & she was very patient with me every knowledgeable about her job and her customers service. Unlikely other T-MOBILE locations. Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. “I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”

“I am a first time comcast user signing up for xfinity Wi-Fi. I had my own router but needed a modem, so I seeked assistance early on a Tuesday morning. Multiple employees greeted and helped me right away! They told me where to get a modem and even checked the target inventory across the street. I am happy no one tried to upsell me or discourage my choice to NOT rent the xfinity modem monthly (which would have cost more in the long run).Thanks!”
