A nice old-fashioned hardware store with a good selection of quality hand tools, fasteners, electrical and lights, kitchen, plumbing, etc. Of course it can't compete with a big-box for sheer inventory, but atmosphere, friendly dogs, new toy section, and quality service make it our first (and often only) stop on any hardware shopping trip. Unlike at an impersonal big-box store, Wanda is always willing and able to help decide exactly what fastener or part I need for any odd job.”

Very well stocked and staff, staff are usually friendly and helpful when I have asked for help finding items/had questions. They have seasonal merchandise as well, for Christmas, Summer/grilling, and outside a garden shop with plants in the spring. There is a certain amount/purchase for delivery I believe--but if you buy a certain amount/example bags of mulch they will deliver them! They have outgoing UPS services, not sure if they accept incoming UPS you should call. #shoplocal”

The man at the register was having trouble getting the part into the cash register. “Thanksgiving Weekend 2022...two friends and I were in Stoneham for the Greater Boston Stage Company's production of"Little Women, The Musical" and we had some time to kill since we had planned for possible bad traffic along the way. We ended up milling around the theater area to browse. Voilà Spartan Paint & Supply! The guys inside were very welcoming, personable, helpful, and kind and it was open and it was warm inside. We were not looking to buy anything, but all three of us ended up finding something that we needed and all made purchases. I skipped the complimentary fresh popcorn, but I did score a free calendar on the way out the door! Terrific store...so much variety...impressive collection of YETI products, too. Definitely worth the trip on its own. An awesome experience.”

“This is a very nice hardware store, my mom always found them helpful too, but I don't get here often because it's on the other end of town and I have the other town hard ware store right down the street. But I had some errands nearby and took a walk over. Staff were very nice, I asked two/2 different people for help and they brought me over to where I need to look. No pressure, cashier was fast and friendly. Nice variety of merchandise. They are located at a busy intersection, and there is a town parking lot across the street and over a bit, but it's for all the merchants and fills up because of all the nearby restaurants. There is probably some side street parking but to note, some of the streets are quite narrow. #shoplocal #shopindie”
