“My mom has had her washer dryer for about 25 years and they have been serviced by Greg Roger's Co. for the entire time. The only mistake she's done was not purchasing them from Greg Rogers. Even though they were purchased elsewhere Greg Rogers treats them with kidd gloves. ALWAYS on time, ALWAY, knowledgeable with what needs to be done, and always with the tools/parts necessary to complete the job at hand. The cost of every job has been ridiculously low compared to other companies. The men are so friendly and kind that it restores my good feelings about servicemen. Courteous Kind Thrifty ...on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give them a 12. Fantastic business and I really wish that all business owners took lessons from this company. “A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny! “The service was execllent! I walked right in and there were people at the door to help you, I didn't even have to do anything ahead of time. I was there for a Apple Watch Ultra 2-- and luckily the only one they had was EXACTLY my specs I wanted! The employees efficiently found what I asked for and I payed within minutes of arrving to the store! The reason I'm giving this fours stars is because the box that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came in was a bit torn up on one side and had Sharpie writing on it; probabbly store policy. But this is because I really cared about the box. But if you don't mind the damage on any box, you'll have an amazing exprience with their great, fast, efficient customer service!”

It would have been useful for me because I do keep in my window year round like my previous one. Too bad all the ac didn’t come with that new feature.”

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”

“We just left Ferguson plumbing and couldn't be more satisfied. We went in for a part & the 2 men at the parts counter went out of their way to be accommodating. The part was for a faucet & although they were not familiar with the product they looked up the info and called. The manufacturer was in Canada however that didn't seem to bother them. They ordered the part for us (apparently it was under warranty because there was no charge). We were told it would be shipped to our home in 3-5 business days. This will be our place to shop for fixtures etc. We highly recommend and thank them.”

Eric Rikeman from Adams Kitchen came up with an excellent design, that changed the layout to one that is modern, efficient, and smart looking. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the installation was expertly done. We actually had Eric and his team come back recently and do some custom cabinetry in our dining room to match the kitchen. I very highly recommend Adams Kitchens and Eric Rikeman.”
