“I found Titan Glass online and decided to go with them based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. I have had my new windshield for about a month with absolutely no issues. Couldn't be happier with my Titan Auto Glass experience!”
“Adam and his team are amazing! Their work was beautifully done. They were spot on time vs. the completion plan. There were no surprises or upcharges. The price was competitive vs. two other shops that I got bids from. Accurate pointed out things that both other shops had overlooked. “George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”
“Steve at So Real Sounds is the BEST. he has guided me through several audio upgrades on my car and the installation of a back up camera.Just last week, Steve helped with an issue I was having with the audio. I thought that I would need to purchase at least $1000 of additional components.One thing I really admire about Steve is his integrity and honesty. He could have easily sold me additional components, but he painstakingly tuned the system to the point where it is absolutely perfect - at no charge. I highly recommend Steve and SoReal Sounds!”

“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”
“Amazing service! I'm so glad I chose 1st Class Auto Body, and if any of my friends ever need anything like it, they will come here! Bob W was amazing, very friendly, and professional at the same time. The car came back in amazing condition, like brand new! Also, I have to say that the car was back to me super early and as we had discussed, and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and outside as well, without any addition to the price! Lastly, I love how at 1st Class auto body, everyone looks at the human and not just at the car, so they are all able to accommodate each person's needs. “Quick, responsive and qualified.. what else do.you say about a service like this? My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!”

Explained to me the process, what needed to be done - he was always available when I had questioned and followed up with me as needed. “Great experience start to finish getting my car tinted. Diligent about scheduling and helped me out with the questions I had. Install was quick and easy and they have a comfortable waiting room for the time it takes. It took just under 90 minutes for my hatchback and they give you a lifetime warranty on bubbles and streaks at no extra charge. All in was $180 and I would definitely go back for my next car”

“Amazing place, super friendly and helpful staff, saved my week!!My car got broken into Saturday morning, but with all of the auto shops closed over the weekend I had to wait until Monday. I scheduled an appointment online with another glass company but the soonest they had available was Thursday, which would mean I'd have to get a car rental for a few days. I called these guys and they were able to get the glass for my passenger side window and fix it before 3pm same day!! I was super stressed out from this incident but they made the process extremely easy. Much appreciated and definitely recommend!!”

“After multiple supplier issues (shop kept getting a broken windshield) I finally got it replaced and what a great experience. They were able to transfer over my inspection sticker and the Velcro stickers for the toll pass. They saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out in the quoted time. Never had a windshield replaced before but these guys made it easy. Highly recommend. And if you have a Subaru, just have them call you once your windshield is in to schedule an appointment.”
