“My family has had an excellent experience working with Jack and the staff at SAKO Auto Body in Medford, MA. We have used their services for my wife and daughter's RAV4's. There are many reasons to leave a 5 Star review. I recently visited Lexus of Watertown for routine maintenance and to have my headlight checked. There was condensation building up each time I went through the car wash. Eventually, this led to a headlight malfunction indicator showing up on my dashboard. I got a quote of $2500 + to take off the bumper and replace the headlight assembly. I then remembered that this headlight on my daughters 2016 Lexus was fixed at Sako Auto Body back in October of 2021. I figured I'd give Jack a call. He said he would be glad to see if the headlight assembly was covered by a warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty period was one year. Jack had me drop off the vehicle and two days later the new headlight assembly along with a new bracket were installed at no charge. They not only stand by their work but did not charge me a penny. I could not believe it!! The quality of their work is incredible. Very meticulous! Customer service at its best! “I leased a new Ram 1500 Big Horn. After negotiating incentives and residual value on my trade I electronically completed the paperwork. There was an error from the insurance company so had to be re-done then they made a mistake on my wifes name. Not big issues just delayed pickup for a few days. I tell you this because a day after I had my truck I got a call that there was a problem with the paperwork and I had to redo it again. So here is why the 5 star rating. They told me they over charged me an acquisition fee which would result in my monthly payment dropping by $20 a month. I was skeptical but they said they would even come to my house so my wife and I didn't need to go out. So they day comes and I was checking over all the numbers. Everything was good and as promised it was the acquisition fee they wanted to remove. NOW THATS HONESTY!!! Thank you Ava Matt and Jeff who at one time or another worked on my deal.”
