“I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it.

“Lowell Fleet Towing helped me late at night in the pouring rain, when two other companies were unable to. My car was stuck in the mud in my own backyard. The other companies were afraid of also getting stuck and told me to wait until everything dried. I would have been without a car for a while. Lowell Fleet heroically came to the rescue without any hesitation. They were prompt, professional, and proved confidently to be more than qualified to perform the task at hand. I highly recommend this company and would call them in the future if needed.”
