“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

My car end up sitting at their shop for over a month and a half because the shop was waiting for an approval and my insurance keep telling me they already gave the approval. There was a lot of back& forth and waiting around…. then 2 month later my insurance decided to tell me that my car is totaled. :’( I didn’t get my car fix so I’m leaving 4 stars for good customer service! ?”

“If there were a 10 star option, I would choose it for Woody's - especially for Russ, the mechanic. My son bought a 2010 Dodge Charger that needed a new axle. Because it was used as a police car in its prior life, the standard axle didn't fit (too short). We had it at two other garages, with multiple mechanics ordering umpteen axles from various junkyards, and no one was able to find the correct part and fix it. Finally, a friend referred us to Woody's, and we were fortunate enough to have Russ as our mechanic. He searched high and low for the needle-in-a-haystack part we needed, even giving up his lunch hour to do Google searches. It was his creative genius that took a whole new approach, leading to success. Not only did he find the axle that fit perfectly, but it's brand new! Without a doubt, if it weren't for his commitment, perserverance, expertise and effort, we would have had to junk the car. I cannot recommend Woody's, and Russ, enough! You won't find better customer service or talent in the state!”

“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”

Very funny yet professional in accommodating my next day need for a Uhual. I reserved it for 10am and called him to let him know it would be 11 am and apologized for my tardiness. Not only did he wait for me he offered me the BEST Uhual I have ever experienced and I’ve put a lot of miles on these trucks. I had a brand new Uhual with only 1,315 miles. The young man that picked us up was polite and very professional. They were a bit more than the other company that called me back but they were telling me 30 min when C-A took only 20min. The other companies were afraid of also getting stuck and told me to wait until everything dried. I would have been without a car for a while.
