Very funny yet professional in accommodating my next day need for a Uhual. I reserved it for 10am and called him to let him know it would be 11 am and apologized for my tardiness. Not only did he wait for me he offered me the BEST Uhual I have ever experienced and I’ve put a lot of miles on these trucks. I had a brand new Uhual with only 1,315 miles.
