We normally love this post office but whoever you’ve got working here 2/21 & 2/22 2023 at the counter keeps screwing up and very clearly has way under zero clue what she’s doing. She keeps locking herself out of the computer. Yesterday she couldn’t even accept my package. This is getting ridiculous.”

“Just left Staples in West Springfield where I had the best customer service from a nice young gentleman named Deaundre. He was so helpful and patient with my husband and me (who are both technology challenged) while he assisted us in returning a few items from Amazon. Previous to today's transaction my husband tried to do the same return at Staples in Hadley where the staff was extremely annoyed and were unwilling to assist him. Thank you so much Deaundre!”

“We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”

“So glad I went to this post office! Usually I go to the Springfield office but I happened to be in West Springfield so I went there and I was just SO impressed by the clerk who waited on me! She was kind, concise, and she knew exactly what she was doing. She was so knowledgeable and quick. I’ll definitely be coming back. Her name was Riley, and I hope she gets a raise for all the hard work she does!”

“My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”

“I returned an Amazon purchase and got $10 off a $30 purchase. Not only was it super easy, they're open longer than the ups store. I ended up selecting an office chair that was on sale and in stock. However, there was only one person available to pull the chair and he had a few other customers before me. Since I'm patient, I waited in my office chair and downloaded the app. I had trouble signing in and lost interest. Well, after a pretty modest 10 minutes, Brian came to assist. It was worth the wait. Despite the busy back to school rush, he was on point/ offered me all the options plus 25% off a floormat/ signed into my app for me and got me an extra $5. Did I mention he carried it to the car? All of the employees were super helpful. Hard working and friendly. I appreciate the smiles.”

“I use the USPS as my primary method of shipping and this location is my favorite by far. They have a great team working there, always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. I also never have to wait very long due both to how efficient they are, and the fact it doesn’t get nearly as much traffic as other locations I’ve used. “I had missed my package today for my work from home job that needed a signature due to the driver not following delivery instructions. I was so upset and wasn’t sure I would get my computer in time for my start date. I went to the UPS store for help and I was helped by Tiffany. She really showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to contact the needed parties to help me get my package. I really appreciate her and UPS is lucky to have her as an employee. She made everything come together for me and I truly am so grateful she went out of her way to help out. I would give this store 10 stars if I could because of her.”

“I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”
