“I had a great first experience with Copycat Printing. After finding out Staples couldn’t pint my invitations, I reached out to Copycat printing. I called and checked to see if Copycat could fulfill my order. The lady I spoke with on the phone was the NICEST and she answered all my questions. The gentleman who rung me up was also very kind. The price was also very fair! The invitations were about $15 cheaper than Staples for the same size, quantity, and similar card stock. The turnaround was very fast for being a holiday (New Years Eve), they seemed very busy with a lot of orders. I’m glad to have found Copycat Print Shop! “Just left Staples in West Springfield where I had the best customer service from a nice young gentleman named Deaundre. He was so helpful and patient with my husband and me (who are both technology challenged) while he assisted us in returning a few items from Amazon. “I returned an Amazon purchase and got $10 off a $30 purchase. Not only was it super easy, they're open longer than the ups store. I ended up selecting an office chair that was on sale and in stock. However, there was only one person available to pull the chair and he had a few other customers before me. Since I'm patient, I waited in my office chair and downloaded the app. I had trouble signing in and lost interest. Well, after a pretty modest 10 minutes, Brian came to assist. It was worth the wait. Despite the busy back to school rush, he was on point/ offered me all the options plus 25% off a floormat/ signed into my app for me and got me an extra $5. Did I mention he carried it to the car? All of the employees were super helpful. Hard working and friendly. I appreciate the smiles.”

I was so upset and wasn’t sure I would get my computer in time for my start date. I went to the UPS store for help and I was helped by Tiffany. She really showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to contact the needed parties to help me get my package. I really appreciate her and UPS is lucky to have her as an employee. She made everything come together for me and I truly am so grateful she went out of her way to help out. I would give this store 10 stars if I could because of her.”
