“I'm really not one to leave reviews, but I was so blown away from my experience here. Firstly, they quoted me Half of what the other places I went to get a quote. They were organized, responsive, and helped me out with my car rental. I essentially didn't really have to deal with anything. The communication was great, and the office is very clean and organized. The turnaround time for the bodywork was incredibly fast. I brought it in on a Monday, and it was done by Wednesday morning. This was surprising for me, considering I had a lot of bodywork needed to be done, including three separate panels. “I have what might be the nicest car I'll ever justify buying so I brought here to get PPF because I was told this is the guy.He was his kind and patient with me as you possibly could have been and I asked a very unreasonable amount of questions.The price for PPF seems extremely high until you look into what it costs to get it done well in this place seems right on target.The amount of detail with which he explained to me tiny little dings in my car's paint that they found while detailing the vehicle was impressive.The amount of time and energy he took to explain to me exactly how important it is to take care of the PPF over time and how he gave me a jumping off point to start my research (P&S bead maker) was fantastic.I have since watched about 100 hours of pan, the organizer on YouTube and have learned incredible amounts about detailing my own car.It's super annoying to me that spending tons of money to protect my car works for about 7 or 8 years but in all the research I've done since not one thing that I was told at MTS is even a little off the mark for the best advice I've vetted otherwise.The experience I had with MTS change the way that I see, engage with and treat my car and I'm pretty happy about it.”
“I just bought an old (47 yo) Saab, so I went over there (I live in South Acton), and was not surprised that they no longer sell Saabs (Saab having gone OOB a few years ago), and only a little surprised that they no longer service them. However, the people were very nice, though they couldn't really help me with my old car. One of the guys talked to me for at least 5 minutes, which is how I learned why the Saab dealership sign is still up... which is because the town won't let them put up another! It's either the Saab sign or none at all! I really don't understand that. They have a business license, to operate a business very much like the one that was there before, so why not? Is Acton anti-business? Why should they not, at very least, be free to replace the current sign with a similar Subaru sign (they are trying to run a Subaru dealership)? Now I, more than most, maybe much more than most, hate all the signage that grows up in some/most places, but that does not seem to be a problem here. I think they should be permitted at least one sign, a Subaru sign, in the same location. All that said, Subarus are excellent cars. If any readers want one, "Village Saab" might be the place to buy it!”

“Sunday, December 10, Ayer store:In 40 years of driving and owning cars, this was the most pain-free purchase-and-installation experience I've ever had.James explained the options for a replacement battery for my '21 Subaru Crosstrek without any upselling — he explained the options and benefits of the wet-cell and AGM versions.I went with the AGM version since the car sits undrven for long periods and the two-year-old OEM wet-cell battery was needing a trickle charge every 6 months.Installation was free and immediate. This saved me HOURS by not having to bring back the old battery on a separate trip.James also knew to hook up backup power while removing the old battery so the media settings remain intact — something I wouldn't have known to do, if I had done this swap-out myself.Please give James a raise for exemplary service and the keys to the company Maverick!”

“Very professional folks. It's a dealership with a small town shop feel. They go out of their way to get you back on the road. My truck let me down on the side of 2A at 3:45pm. I got it working just enough to get me to their shop. Their service closes at 5, but they waited on me after they closed. They didn't have to do that. Great shop ran by great folks. They quickly found the problem and got my truck up and running in no time.”

“This morning, I was referred to Kevin, owner of Brown Body & Paint, by our 25 year trusted mechanic, Peter Malerbi/Owner/Pete's Automotive in Acton. My wife and I drove our 1959 Pontiac Catalina and our new 2020 Prius Prime to meet & schedule work with Kevin. Since the initial jobs were small (attach a "Catalina" logo to the '59 Pontiac, and a little touch up paint on the '20 Prius, Kevin said to leave the Prius and come back after lunch. He then said to drop off the Pontiac anytime for a few hours. Absolutely no scheduling hastle, and very friendly initial, fully accommodating exchange. By the way, Kevin didn't even charge me for the small touchup paint job saying he'd catch me next time. First impressions are that Kevin is a 1st class professional who was referred by the top auto mechanic in the area.”
