“We took our vehicle to Bob at Groton Collision to repair it after we had hit a deer. Bob is professional, effecient, & kind. It's no wonder he has been in business so successfully for so long. It is appearant he runs a very busy shop but he always took the time to communicate and update us. They also did a great job on our vehicle, but Bob being a genuine guy really made the experience. We will go there for future repairs for sure! And we highly recommend!”

“My wife ended up stranded in Acton with a dead battery, in desperate need of a jump start. Called around to various mechanics who (as it turns out) don't do roadside service related work, but Sawyer Auto recommended LGL Towing. Gave them a call and they were very friendly and responsive. They were busy and their tow trucks were occupied (a busy Monday morning during rush hour), but Gary (I assume it was the owner) was able to drive his personal truck over, arrive within about 15 minutes, and get us jump-started and on our way within about 30 seconds. Price was fair and he was able to swipe my credit card and charge me on the spot with a portable device.All with a friendly and positive attitude - highly recommended.Service: Battery service”

“Excellent experience. Clear and articulate communication with a positive attitude and service that went above and beyond what is expected!My car was towed to this lot with plates removed. I showed up after closing and missing my plates and despite this, the owners attitude was positive and helpful. After patiently telling me how to acquire my plates I came back at nearly 8pm and the owner opened the lot up to let me take my car.This was the end of an incredibly long saga to acquire my car. This experience was a bright spot and MADE MY WEEK.He saved me precious time and Uber ride. I tipped him too little for the money he saved me.That said, the tow was not cheap and paying cash was not convenient.”

“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
