“I just bought an old (47 yo) Saab, so I went over there (I live in South Acton), and was not surprised that they no longer sell Saabs (Saab having gone OOB a few years ago), and only a little surprised that they no longer service them. However, the people were very nice, though they couldn't really help me with my old car. One of the guys talked to me for at least 5 minutes, which is how I learned why the Saab dealership sign is still up... which is because the town won't let them put up another! It's either the Saab sign or none at all! I really don't understand that. They have a business license, to operate a business very much like the one that was there before, so why not? Is Acton anti-business? Why should they not, at very least, be free to replace the current sign with a similar Subaru sign (they are trying to run a Subaru dealership)? Now I, more than most, maybe much more than most, hate all the signage that grows up in some/most places, but that does not seem to be a problem here. I think they should be permitted at least one sign, a Subaru sign, in the same location. All that said, Subarus are excellent cars. If any readers want one, "Village Saab" might be the place to buy it!”

“I have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at 5 different Jeep Dealerships over the years, including the dealership I purchased it from.McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Acton, has become my Jeeps service home. I won't go anywhere else because their very busy service department is top notch!I might have to wait a little longer to get a service appointment than I would at other Jeep dealership locations in Massachusetts but they always get the job done and never say that I should go somewhere else as others have because something is not their specialty.The service department is always quick to answer the phone and regardless of how busy they are, they always take their time wih me in a very professional and pleasant manner.I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or brushed off as I have at a few other Jeep dealerships in Massachusetts.I have had great experiences with a few of the service advisors at the Acton Jeep dealership.I would like to give a special shout out and thanks to my current service advisor Sandra who is excellent! “After struggling with several other body shops, I turned to DSC Auto Body. They performed really excellent services. Unlike other body shops, they only keep clients waiting for 1-2 weeks to make an appointment. At the same time, they could order necessary parts to further save time. Fred was so nice and patient. He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. “I just picked my car up from this body shop. There wasn't major damage but enough that it needed to be repaired. I booked my initial consult through their online booking. When I arrived, they were ready to look at the car and I was in/out in under 10 minutes. Then I scheduled to drop it off, which was another quick in/out. I picked it up this morning and the car is repaired perfectly, the interior/exterior was cleaned. I was out the door in under 3 minutes. I'm really happy with the efficiency of this place and I would definitely recommend them. Super straight forward and easy.”

“I drive to Acton from Lexington to get my Wrangler serviced here. Staff is fantastic and there is a Dunkin' few minutes walk - ideal spot to check emails and the team calls you or texts when your Jeep is ready. Had a major headache when taillight pulled off my Jeep at car wash. Eric not only fit me in but took care of the tail light and drove the Jeep over to Dunkin' for no charge. incredible team and service. I tried the local Jeep service stations and they were terrible compared to Acton. They have my business for life. HIGHLY recommend.”
