“Don & Wally's has always taken care of me lacey really knows her stuff and so does her dad. They have a great honest family business. Always busy so plan ahead when scheduling for the work. I've been taking my vehicles there for a long time. They had my Silverado serviced since I got out at a hundred thousand miles and it lasted 240k miles before I finally sold it and upgraded. Now I take my new truck there and not the dealer. They are the absolute best!”
“I had a metallic rubbing sound in the driver's side rear. It wasn't consistent but worrisome. Brought my car to Jim's Auto in Mansfield Ma. The brakes were inspected as well as the suspension. All was fine. Rust was detected on a rotor and a back plate. It was removed and problem solved. I can t recommend them enough!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company. They helped us out of a bind with a garbage dealership and were quick and efficient and friendly. The driver was a great guy who even had some good ideas about how to help with our problem. I would recommend 401 towing and will not call any other company in the future.As a side note don’t ever do business with Route 146 Auto in Smithfield, they are completely corrupt and will squeeze you for every penny and sell you a car that they know has a defunct engine then try to charge you for it to be replaced while still in warranty period. They are horrible and we don’t want other people to be trapped by them also.”

“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. “My son’s car was broken down in the fast lane on the highway. Thankfully Chris’ Service Center arrived within 10 mins of the call. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. “I was driving back from Cape Cod to Vermont, having pumped up a pancake-flat tire when I left. About 2 hours into my journey, thinking I had finally cleared the hellish carcrashes & thunderstorms . . . the tire light came on. I exited 495 & by blind luck found Central St. Garage after just a couple of miles. In about 15 minutes they'd put the car on the lift, removed the nail from the tire, plugged the leak, & sent me on my way for $26.
