“This review is specifically for Gino. I've been a customer since at least 2008 all the way to this present day. Gino was the first and only person I ever saw in the facility when I came in. He's always been super friendly, helpful, and always professional. I love that he's still there after all these years. He's the one I want to speak to if I ever have any concerns or questions and actually in general he's really a great person to talk to anyway. He always puts a smile on my face. The storage units are great too I really can't complain about anything there. I would never go elsewhere. I know my belongings are safe there. Wish you had longer hours of access on weekends but that would be my only suggestion.”

“My dually broke down late In the evening on a Wednesday and it wasn’t looking good as far as getting it fixed in time. Thursday morning, while I was facing possibly 2 weeks without a truck and cancelling big orders that I was depending on to pay bills and keep my business going into the next month, I called 7 enterprise truck rental locations who all said they didn’t have one ton duallys and we’re not helpful past that. When I called these guys and spoke to Nick, he immediately said he would call around and see what he could do. Within 10 minutes he called back and would have a dually ready to go that afternoon WITH the fifth wheel hitch already installed so I could attach my flatbed and finish my work until my truck was fixed. They got this truck moved 2 hours north from where it was.Luckily, I was able to find out what was wrong with my truck and locate the very hard to find part. I fixed it that Thursday night in the middle of the night and was testing it out Friday (today) on a few jobs to make sure everything was still good. Nick called to check on me, and I told him I wanted to make sure things were for sure fixed over the weekend and that I would touch base with him Monday. He was happy to do that for me even though I might not actually get the truck. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with enterprise.Thankfully for my sake I didn’t need to get a rental in the end, at least so far, but I was looking at possibly losing my business after a particularly difficult year that couldn’t support 2 weeks without working. Nick understood how important it was and if I had not fixed my truck, that rental he got ready for me last minute would have saved my business. I can’t express enough how important people like that are when you’re a single owner small business and you have emergency problems. He will be the first one I call if I have issues again even if i’m out of the area .”

“This review solely relates to the store where they sell moving and packing supplies. I am not reviewing the storage aspect of this business, since i have never used this particular service. I was in search of a shipping box approximately 25-27" L x 26" W x 17-18" Tall. My first stop was the UPS Store, who wanted $26.00 for this box! Outrageous! My next stop was here. Virtually the same box was only $7.95. The lady at the register was very kind and professional. I found what i needed in just a few minutes, after comparing a few different sized boxes to make sure they were the correct size I needed to ship an item by carrier. I accomplished my mission in about five minutes! Next time I need shipping/moving supplies this is where I am purchasing them from!”

“I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It's a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don't want to pay for the damage I've been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don't want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that's the policy so are you people that are mad don't destroy their vehicles and you won't be charge for it it's very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”

“No issues renting U-Haul truck here. Could use more staff sometimes I came and no one was at front desk. During open hours they were away. I had to come back later.But truck rental was fine.There is a key drop off place.Toll gets billed to you later. Stay off storrow and memorial.There is keurig coffee in here and couches to sit.”

“I had a perfectly fine and uneventful experience at this UHaul location. I don't write reviews much but given all the bad reviews I wanted to let others know it is definitely possible to use this location and not have anything go horribly wrong. The van I reserved was ready when we arrived and the return process was quick and easy. There is no parking on-site so I parked in the Green Street garage nearby in Central, 2$ per hour on the weekend up to $13 max, as of October 2023.”

First of all it was not sooo packed that the environment is overwhelming for people like me then I don come in keep in mind I was a mess because I was two hours late to pick up my reservation ok the two young gentleman made me feel better and relaxed because of crazy life sometimes. “Negative reviews don't align with my experienceOnly criticism I have is placement of plastic trash barrel next to Customer Service entranceAllston/Brighton has vicious Rat problem - that can be verified with city 6-1-1 - it has little to do with how clean/dirty area is; that being said, there are necessary steps/interventions to control issueRats are like hybrid, steroid, small dog sized, bold & disease-ridden - be very mindful entering/exiting after darkAs I approached to toss Starbucks trash in, whole barrel shook & moved - I knew exactly what it was & warned Customer Service Staff & other customers Cardboard is literal Rat Candy, so of course they lurk around U-Haul but a steel trash barrel with a lid or even more mindful placement away from Customer Entrance would be helpful (Rats can't chew thru steel - they literally eat thru plastic barrels - this one is no exception)Staff were very helpful - Isaiah checked me in answering all questions, explaining details as well as upgrading & discounting rental - didn't catch name of man processing return but he too was very helpful & mindful of expenses- excellent Customer Service Equipment was clean & well-maintained as wellMy experience was excellent Highly recommend Brighton location”

“Rented a 15’ Uhaul truck for about 6 hours. When I went to return, Uhaul tried to charge me extra because I went over my time even though when you rent a truck it’s for a 24 hour period. I explained to the owner what happened and he was very nice and understanding. He was able to fix the problem and remove the extra charge uhaul tried to charge me. Make sure you agree with the price AFTER returning the equipment rented. Uhaul loves to add additional sneaky charges. If it wasn’t for the owner of the gas station helping me I would of been charged twice as much.”
