Depends where you go. I preferred the Cambridge location to Mystic valley; better CS and less hustle about various forms of payment. Also, mystic valley charged me a $1 more than my bill

Overall good. The van is in reasonably good condition, quick and easy to pickup and dropoff. The utility dolly was very useful. The lady at the counter was rude and impatient, but other staff members were great.

The truck rental was super cheap and the bare-bones truck worked fine, but their computer system went down for hours and messed us up. The best part was the extra services offered through the U-Haul site: two moving helpers, and affordable packing supplies delivered to our apartment.
