“Drew and Mitchell in the leasing office are so kind and very attentive - and always try to help/make issues right. After living here for 1.5 years in a 1 bedroom, enjoyed it here so much that I decided to move into a 2 bedroom in the same building. The walls are sufficiently insulated, the free parking is a great perk, and while it might not have everything, it's great for the cost of the rent.”
“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

I am thankful to live in a nice apartment with great location, facilities, and most importantly, welcoming people.”
“My wife and I lived at the Alcott for a year and a half and have nothing but good things to say. The building’s staff was great and the amenities were as good as they get. Chris Kinney from the leasing office was a great resource as we had to find the best solution to moving out before our lease was up due to relocation. He made the process painless and helped to ensure we weren’t put in tough situations. While our time in Boston was relatively short, we will always remember the Alcott because of how great it was.”

“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “We recently moved out of our apartment at Riverbend as we bought our first home together, and it was truly bittersweet deciding to move out! While we are both very excited to own a house that’s ours and begin this new chapter of our lives, we will forever have such fond memories of Riverbend on the Charles and had an absolutely amazing experience with living there. Our apartment at Riverbend was the first place we lived together and having met during the pandemic, we moved in February 2021. From the tour to the move-in, we had very positive experiences with all the staff we interacted with and they made us feel really comfortable throughout the move-in process even during COVID-19 times.
Once we were moved in, we felt right at home. For over 3 years, we loved our warm and welcoming apartment (a large 2 bedroom-2 bathroom unit with a fireplace + balcony overlooking the Charles River). Unlike some other reviewers, we had no issues with noise whatsoever. We loved that we always had peace and quiet in living here, both from the neighbors and the hallways. Sound really didn’t travel into our apartment ever. Our apartment itself was just gorgeous, so sizable (also with barely any dead space in the layout unlike some apartment buildings we initially toured seem to have), and the next tenants will be so lucky to have such an amazing space like we enjoyed for those 3 years!
The building itself is also a really enjoyable space with great amenities - we spent a ton of time using the pool + hot tub and the bbq grills during summer months. The staff is wonderful - huge shoutout to Nicole who was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our move-out process. We actually wish we would’ve met Nicole sooner before our moving out all happened as she is incredibly nice and friendly! She has all the residents’ best interests at heart, and it shows. We truly have nothing bad to say about Riverbend on the Charles. No apartment complex is perfect, but Riverbend sure is close to perfect and it was really a dream for both of us to rent in such a beautiful apartment complex, apartment unit, + location before owning our home. Thank you to Riverbend for all the wonderful memories!”
“My partner and I are super excited about moving into Avalon at Assembly Row next week, and it's mainly thanks to Katriana! Moving from across the country had us pretty stressed, but Katriana's been amazing with her quick responses and friendliness. It's not just her; the whole staff we've interacted with so far has been so welcoming, making us feel at home even before we actually move in. We're really looking forward to starting our life in Massachusetts, and with the way things have been going with Avalon, we're pretty hopeful it's going to be an awesome experience!”

“I have been very pleased with living here thus far. The first thing I will mention that really sets this place apart is the staff. They are real standout gems, from the leasing office (Kaity, Ted, Brent, and Jordan) to the maintenance team (shoutout to Chris). Everyone’s level of professionalism is impressive and refreshing. They are so good at updating/communicating with residents via email about things in advance which is much appreciated. I feel they go out of their way to address any concerns and make residents feel comfortable living here to the best of their ability. It also feels like fellow residents are friendly and share a level of mutual respect.
The gym, outdoor grills, composting option, bike racks, whirlpool appliances, nearby walking/running trails, nearby alewife station, convenient parking, and package lockers are great.
Regarding previous comments, I want to mention that the fire alarms have decreased significantly (haven’t heard one in a few weeks now), which tells me that management is adequately addressing the underlying issue.
Overall, I think that Windsor is a lovely place to call home.”

“University Park - 91 Sidney is an amazing place to call home. We have been staying here for many years and love the location, building and the amenities. The management office staff are very helpful and responsive. Specifically, Joseph A from the management team has been extremely great to work with and very accommodating of our requests. Overall, we would highly recommend this place.”

“My overall experience living here for two years is what you would expect, there weren't really any surprises or nightmares. The apartments were very new, clean, and nice. The gym, bike storage, and garage are very convenient. Maintenance was fast and painless whenever I needed it for minor issues and repairs. Management was always very friendly and cooperative, but sometimes took upwards of a week to respond to emails. There were some issues with the elevators and "smart" door locks (which were no more functional than a key). I moved out for two reasons, my studio was very small for the amount of money I was paying (they raised the rent to $2250) and the location, while close to the T and downtown, is surrounded by highways and parking lots.”

“Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”
