“Living at RE150 has been an amazing experience, especially moving from the suburbs to closer to the city. Mark, Kathleen, and Lakara have all been wonderful and welcoming during our two year stay here. Their management style and compassion go a long way to support the operations here. The community is constantly cleaned and the amenities are a great addition. The gym is always clean and machines are regularly serviced. The common areas offer extra space for work or hanging with friends, or making new friends with neighbors! Another positive is the covered parking that is available at the apartment complex - so hard to find close to the city. One of my favorite perks of living here is being able to walk along the river on a daily basis and see so many cute dogs! I recommend this building to anyone looking to move to the Boston area!”
“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

Chris Kinney from the leasing office was a great resource as we had to find the best solution to moving out before our lease was up due to relocation. He made the process painless and helped to ensure we weren’t put in tough situations. While our time in Boston was relatively short, we will always remember the Alcott because of how great it was.”

“I loved all 4 years I was at Metro Marina Bay. It was the most fun, most easy years I've had renting. Not only is the location just perfect, the building is professionally cleaned almost every day, the grounds are always perfectly manicured and maintenance will attend to any issue from a fire alarm battery replacement to a broken appliance within hours. The staff is amazing, I was so thankful for everything David and his team did. The maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. There are more amenities to the gym, community room and outdoor space like specials/discounts at the Marina Bay restaurants, shuttle to the T, dry cleaning service, and more. Metro is the happiest place to live.”
“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “Windsor provides excellent amenities and features, and the staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is also great for me, as it is within walking distance to my work. The rental rate is a bit high in my opinion, but it is still reasonable given that it is located in Cambridge.”

“I’ve lived at The Village at Taylor Pond for about 12 years. I moved here with my then, boyfriend about a year after graduating from college. Flash forward to 2023, we are now married with 2 children. Taylor Pond quickly became home to us. We love the peaceful family friendly property (walking trails, dog park, playground, quiet streets to ride your bikes on, etc). We have seen a handful of staff throughout the years and while they’ve always been warm and welcoming, the current staff has gone above and beyond to make sure their residents have everything they need. Maintenance (currently: Sadi) always waves hello to us in passing and is so sweet to our children. He is quick and efficient with anything we need fixed. The management team, especially Arthur have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. My daughter enjoys coming off the bus and running to Arthur’s office to ask a “math question of the day”. I recently mentioned that we had a few trees blocking our windows. It was something I said in passing, but Arthur was quick to find a solution and worked with the grounds crew the next time they were here to trim them which allowed more light into our home. We also love the newly updated amenities, freshly painted halls, and new carpeting throughout the buildings. Taylor Pond is a very well maintained and respected community. It is extremely family friendly and just such a great place to live if you’re looking to rent in Bedford!”

“Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!”

“Worked with Michael, Muhammad, and Arthur at different stages before my move-in, and all of them were super patient and very helpful. I had multiple and repetitive questions regarding the move, as it was a stressful interstate move, and they made it seamless. The concierge, the maintenance team, and everyone were very respectful and helpful from day 1, making me feel right at home. Special shout-out to Michael for going above and beyond in helping me move some really huge and heavy furniture on the day of my move-in and after. The management and maintenance staff (especially Lauren, Kayla, and Andrew) have gone above and beyond to take care of any mechanical or personal issues. The rooms and appliances are all modern. Considering how close it is to the train station, we don’t really hear that much street noise from our unit. The gym and club room are excellent amenities and always clean. Our neighbors are fantastic - it’s a very warm, welcoming community to be a part of. Our dog enjoys playing with the other dogs in the complex at the on site dog park. We feel so lucky to live at Metro!”
“Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”
