We have really enjoyed living at Jack Flats for the last three years. The amenities, the apartment itself and the location make this place ideal. Maintenance response is phenomenal. Always fast to help and very friendly.

The maintenance team at Jack Flats is incredible. Always smiling, helpful and informative. We put in a minor issue and Senad had it resolved first thing the next morning. It's really comforting knowing that there are great people at Jack Flats always willing to go above and beyond to help. Al & Senad are the best.

The staff at Jack Flats is terrific. Senad showed up to work on my heat/hot water unit and was very informational and helpful. He is not only very friendly and professional, but he does great work! It is very much appreciated :)
