“I had a great experience yesterday thanks to one car rental company. I had a reservation with another provider, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no one at the desk. I called the contact number, but the response was less than helpful. In the end, I decided to cancel with that company and rent from the friendly representative at the other desk. I truly appreciated the assistance I received!”
“rented a SUV 2 months ago while travelling in Maine and Boston. Car was washed and clean just before given to me. It was a hybrid Tuson. All ppl are very helpful and friendly, especially Diana, who answered all my questions patiently and pointed me the way to entrance to car rental center to return the car(I was worrying of getting lost in the complicated exit/entrance in airport). I did not wait for car, and I am glad I switched just days before travelling from another rental company at Logan airport, for which negative comments are posted about hours of waiting, to Alamo, which never disappointed me till now, in TX, DC, Boston... I hope next trip with Alamo would also be satisfying.”
