“I'm a 68 Year young retired guy and deliver parts for them part time. They are a family-owned business selling both new and aftermarket parts with six or seven locations in the Boston area. They are great people to work for and I love my employee discount almost as much as the pizza they buy us every Thursday for lunch.”

“A couple days ago I made a review indicating that this branch didn’t accommodate me at all , but there was a new issue that arose after extending my rental agreement with them where my card kept getting declined with Bank of America , this usually happens when you request a new card with this bank it does make you verify the payment that is being processed to eliminate any fraudulent activitybut unfortunately with their policy they are only allowed to process the card once after declining then you do have to wait an additional 24 hours before they can process again , but luckily the branch manager was kind of enough to let me keep the vehicle until this issue was resolved with my bank , it did decline a few more times & again he accommodated me until my bank figured it out & I can now say I am happily satisfied with the service that was provided by them with this issue that arose with my bank. I can now say this 5 star rating is greatly deserved & Thank you for your amazing customer service ! :)”

The service agent, maintenance crew, and site manager were all helpful. It was also more affordable by 50% than the Hertz or Enterprise when I was looking to rent.
