The last time I rented I was given the Audi A5 Fastback great car! But, it was not the easiest vehicle for my passengers to get in and out of. I had called and spoke to Sherisse prior to my trip and requested a vehicle that would be better suited. She recommended an SUV and she would do her best to make that happen, she said.I was given a choice of a BMW and a Genisse. I choose the 2023 Genisse GV70 for my last rental. Great Car! “In September of 2023, I started working as an admissions counselor. It is my first job out of college and one of the requirements would be driving long distance, visiting high schools and talking to prospective students, essentially driving for days on end. It would be my first time driving in the state Massachusetts and I was nervous, I had heard horror stories of stampede drivers and windshield wipers that never wiped from rentals cars that never really worked... But that never seemed to be the case with the Roslindale Enterprise branch. I have rented three cars, trips ranging from three days to three weeks and have been more than satisfied by service provided. For my first trip, Deion Ducoste, the branch manager, personally called to confirm my trip and serve as a resource if needed during my travels. When I arrived the day off, they were bit off schedule because some cars didn't arrive on schedule but they apologized and personally upgraded my car without an extra charge. I have also had the pleasure of speaking with Sebastian Paul, the assistant branch manager, who reassured that my school tax deductions would be deducted after having technical issue that wasn't resolved with their customer support. I am really grateful for the Roslindale Enterprise branch, the whole staff is lovely, it is unfortunate that I don't have all their business cards because they all deserve recognition for their work. From the people who clean the cars, to the front desk workers who try to get you on your way as soon as they can. Sometimes, we as the renters just have to realize that yes, we can set a time, but if the person before does not return the car at said time, there might be a hindrance on your scheduled rental. It's not their fault, they just manage the cars, not the people driving them. The most I've ever had to wait is fifteen minutes, and in those fifteen minutes I was not only acknowledge as a customer with a set rental, but I was apologized for something out of their control, and as a solution they offered me an upgrade. It never felt like an inconvenience because they always offered a solution. And on the flip slide, when I was the renter who was running late on time ( like a whole day late on time ) Deion offered a reasonable solution that worked for both of us. He and his team have made my travels amazing, I remember the first time I went on my trip, I was talking to my partner about how I hoped I would get a Subaru because I've always wanted one. And funny enough, my upgrade was a Subaru... So with that being said, when it comes to renting cars this is the place 2 go.”

“Again Avis were extremely good. No problems.My low rating on the vehicle was given in the hope of being asked why. The vehicle was perfect, 4WD SUV as ordered. But couldn't find a manual for it, so when the dash lights started flashing orange and red at 10pm we were most perplexed. Suspect it was an ice warning as temperature was below freezing in Maine that night. So, add a car manual or include an obvious link to a simple explanation of how the features of the car work. But, all in all, good job Avis.”

“I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It's a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don't want to pay for the damage I've been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don't want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that's the policy so are you people that are mad don't destroy their vehicles and you won't be charge for it it's very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”

“It was a good experience with Enterprise exotic car rental. George was able to get me set up with a car quick. Everything was a smooth transaction. The only down fall was the car was not maintained properly, resulting to the tire light coming on due to low pressure, as well as the front two tires being bald around the edges. It was quite a scary ride in the rain while going about 40mph. You can heard a loud humming noise. After I returned the car, Steve Biagioni and Lily Brown was able to accommodate me regarding my concerns. It was the best customer service I had ever experienced at a car rental, and I really appreciated that. I definitely would recommend and will rent again!”
