Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”

I had been dealing with an ongoing issue in regards to my iPhone, Apple Watch and my AirPods as well, while being sent back and forth between my financial institution and the Apple Store, at the same time I had made 3 separate visits to the T-Mobile in Billlerica, which I immediately was confident that I did so being that my first moment in the establishment your employee Dennis was more than proactive in helping me out even extending himself by reaching out to his brother, Fritz, who I at the time did not meet yet, anyway, he reached out and resolved my problem easily no problem.
I then after dealing with more issues regarding my bank and Apple and I developed to go into T-Mobile (my cellphone provider), which this time I had the pleasure to meet Fritz which he just as well was very proactive to help me out which he did while being very informative as was the first visit.
So I wanted to say thank you very much and I really hope that you value the fabulous staff working and representing your business, thank you.

I needed to port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Ledi very patiently helped me navigate the unfriendly AT&T system to get the necessary details. His knowledge of the services and devices is incredible. He spent almost 4 hours assisting us with the porting process, setting up new devices, and transferring data from the old phone to the new device. What would have been a very tiring experience was made pleasant thanks to Ledi's expertise and skill.”

She was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me. He helped us figure out the best device for our 15 year old daughter and also helped to maximize our plan. He didn’t try to upsell/ hard sell/ or push us in any direction. Just honest insightful advice and direction. He listened, brainstormed and broke it all down in a way we could easily understand.We have had a VERY difficult time with wireless and cellular providers in the past (in person and on line) - we stopped in to the Littleton AT&T store basically just to look at a 14 and I will tell you what- 100% of my wireless and cellular business will be done at this store from now onTen out of ten experience. 485 Moody St, Waltham“When I switched to Boost Mobile I purchased A Nokia C200, wonderful promotion and amazing phone. I ran into an isssue at work with a coworker accidently activating a lock screen on my device. I headed to the store and Ruby attempted to reset my device and informed me to leave my device that her coworker would be able to fix it for me. I came back the next day and the coworker she mentioned Heidy informed me that the Nokia C200 had an issue were it could not be factory resetted. I was disappointed to hear so I decided to purchase another Phone and went with the Samsung A03, she was able to restore my contacts via my email. She informed me she would contact Nokia due to the 1 year warranty the device brings. Within 2 1/2 weeks I recieved a brand new Nokia Device from the Nokia company that Heidy was able to get in touch with due to the warranty. So thankful for their help in this situation and now I have a back up phone if anything. Recommend comming here they try their best for the customers it is all about patience!!!!”
“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
