“I had purchased a phone ? online at a great price and brought it in to the River Street T-Mobile* location in Waltham Massachusetts. Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!”

“I’d like to take the opportunity to share about an outstanding interaction I had with Sofia at the AT&T store in Waltham, MA. I was helping my father navigate through getting a new phone (upgrading from a flip phone to an iPhone) and was so fortunate that Sofia “took us under her wing,” so to speak, and expertly guided us through (what could have been) a very complicated process. She was empathic and took the time to understand exactly what my father needed in terms of the technology. She was careful not to overwhelm him (or oversell him), making it a seamless experience for both of us. Sofia was professional, supremely knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator. In addition, she was efficient, kind, and had a great sense of humor! What a joy! Thank you, Sofia!”

“After having poor experiences at my local Verizon store, I decided to give this store a try when my phone started acting up. I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store thanks to the amazing customer service by Meek! “When I switched to Boost Mobile I purchased A Nokia C200, wonderful promotion and amazing phone. I ran into an isssue at work with a coworker accidently activating a lock screen on my device. I headed to the store and Ruby attempted to reset my device and informed me to leave my device that her coworker would be able to fix it for me. I came back the next day and the coworker she mentioned Heidy informed me that the Nokia C200 had an issue were it could not be factory resetted. I was disappointed to hear so I decided to purchase another Phone and went with the Samsung A03, she was able to restore my contacts via my email. She informed me she would contact Nokia due to the 1 year warranty the device brings. Within 2 1/2 weeks I recieved a brand new Nokia Device from the Nokia company that Heidy was able to get in touch with due to the warranty. So thankful for their help in this situation and now I have a back up phone if anything. Recommend comming here they try their best for the customers it is all about patience!!!!”
