As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of stress and worries about a process that I wasn't familiar with. The team at Leader Bank made all my worries go away, laid out everything out in detail, answered all questions I had, were VERY quick and efficient in responding to time-sensitive requests, etc. I feel as if I have built a relationship with the team members where I can reach out anytime with questions even after closing. “I had to read some of the 1 star reviews, because I have NEVER had a one star episode with HUECU in my 25 year history with them. I find them to be accessible, polite, helpful, considerate, and have helped me when no other institutions would. I am not saying they are perfect, or their first attempts at online banking were without limitations, but in comparison to alternatives like BofA or Citibank, I can actually talk to a person in under 5 minutes. That alone gets them 3 stars every time because I am in California. Thank the universe for HUECU! I'm so happy to have them in my corner!”

“I used to love Eastern Bank, but now there aren't as many locations, and without a vehicle, it's quite a distance Weston to Watertown, Natick or Lexington. One in Waltham would be lovely! Maybe one day if I move back to Salem, they were always helpful there, but unfortunately they just sent us new cars on closed accounts..lol.... They must miss us too??”

Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking.
