He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost. I was so grateful and impressed at his compassion to understand the stress of traveling and breaking down. We usually go to a shop that's much closer to home, but when it involves a job that some shops won't touch, Shabos of Paxton is our place. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I made an appointment for my drivers window that was not working. When I got there, it started working again! I went inside anyway to explain, it was late just before the holidays, he looked at my window right then and there, explained what might be going on, and I decided I will definitely be back if it quits all together. Thank you for being that shop that will handle my vehicles quirks!”

“The inspection experience was great here, service tech said 10 minutes and 10 minutes it was. The environment is clean and organized, great professionalism all around. I had the intention of getting more work done here, considering others' reviews and the work I saw them doing for others. Everyone in the work environment seemed polite and grateful to their customers, besides Mike the owner. I would have come back for a bigger job on my vehicle and would have most likely given that extra star for a five star review. However, I was mistreated by one person. His name was Mike, and I believe he's the owner. I was nothing, but polite and professional, being talked to as if I was lesser than or something like that. Most shops wouldn't attempt a job like this today, they just do simple maintenance. Mac's took it on and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone”

Paul was so nice, and when I went to pick up my car and asked him how I could schedule my annual inspection, he said he could do it on the spot, even though it was past closing time and snowing. “My youngest had broken down due to an axle issue. The owner of Entwistle's happened to walk by right after they called AAA. Not only did he stop and ask what the issue was but he then called his tow truck (AAA also) and had them come right over, much quicker than the time AAA gave and brought it to his garage. The garage we planned to bring it to had an estimate of 3 days for the repair. Entwistle's had it done be 2pm the next day (it was after 5p when they called AAA) Plus it was about the same cost but right away. Definitely going to change to our new favorite garage. Thanks”
