“Ultimately, they repaired my car efficiently and affordably, which I greatly appreciated. That being said, when I first came in having made an online appt. to inspect the problem ( and having rearranged my work schedule to bring it to said appt.), the man at the front desk was quite rude, berated me for bringing the car in too late in the day, insinuating that I should somehow know that their online appointment system "doesn't work with their real-time appointments". He never apologized or acknowledged that he had been rude or that this obviously was on them, not me. However, he did soften and became more helpful and actually go the car fixed the next morning, which I very much appreciated. He made reference to it having been a busy day, which I can understand, but he should probably work on not taking that out on customers. And they need to fix or get rid of their online appointment scheduling if customers aren't supposed to actually use it. I almost walked out and never came back. I would give them a try again because he did turn the experience around, and I think they did honest, decent work on my car.”
“While my car was parked in a parking lot, I had the driver side door open, and another car hit it and ran. After that, the door didn't close properly. We took the car to several highly rated auto body shops, who gave estimates for repairing it ranging from $75-$200. The technician at Boyle's took one look at it, brought some special aligner, and fixed it in less than a minute! Amazing! He asked for $10, and we gave him $20.”

Honest, friendly and customer service oriented.They definitely are popular and were booking appointments a couple weeks out, but after my first experience there yesterday I absolutely plan on going back and I would recommend.I needed a tire swap and they got it done within an hour or so after I had dropped it off. They also checked for any other underlying issues. I had asked them to check my brakes because my last shop told me that they needed to be replaced which seemed drastic as they are not that old and seemed to be working fine. The team at Bruce's/Summer St Auto reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and that they are perfectly fine and not to waste my money.Really appreciated the honesty and care that they provided while completing the work quickly and effectively.”

“When I finally got my car back to Cambridge after sliding off the road in NH during a snow storm I had significant body damage to my car. I went to several auto shops to get quotes...- Aladdin's Auto told me it wouldn't be feasible to fix and that it was totalled.- Boyle's Body Works felt like going to police station, asked to see my registration and the told me it would easily cost more than $5k.- Hayg Auto Repair barely had room for me to park and didn't have anyone available to give me a quote when I was there at 10am on a Friday.- VIP Auto Body also told me it was totalled and lectured me about why it was too much damage to quote. He told me to have someone else figure out what needs to be replaced and then come back.Initially I went to Meineke and they redirected me to Foreign Body Works, which had plenty of room to park. Foreign Body was great from the start, walked me through all the damage and told me ways that I could fix it myself and also what it would cost for them to fix. $3k for all the parts and $3.7k if they have to paint everything. Additionally, their hours are really flexible and I was able to pick it up nearly an hour after they officially closed for the night a week later. I've been driving it for 3 months since the fix and no problems.If you're debating where to take your vehicle, I can't recommend Foreign Body enough.”

He answered all my questions about the car, helped me with paperwork, and even took the car to a mechanic to top everything off and get a second look at it. “I count myself lucky to live at a short walking distance from Antoine's. This place is a long-standing institution. I've gassed up here since 1983 and have gotten repairs here since 1990. Tony is not an over communicator and does not provide a computer printout of the work they've done, just a simple receipt, but they do good work and he is good at predicting the finish time for the work. I would say Tony's approach is relationship based. One evening in an emergency I even walked down to borrow their portable jump start device and carry it home to get my car started. I've never seen Tony try to upsell me something that I don't need. Repair and maintenance costs are typically well below what the nearby Toyota dealer charges.”
“Came to get air for a pesky front right tire. The attendant provided full service for the air and I have him a $5 tip.
I came to this town to see what may have inspired one of my late loved ones to write an entire thesis that was based here. I see the beauty, the architecture and the gaps in the bridges of days gone by and the ones to come. The populations outside of cities are aging and without retirement of the elders and the ancient ways we can't keep up. Consider this a PSA for being respectful, being helpful, many thanks for years of service & a call to these small towns across the USA to make community based contingency plans because the future is here and now. In the future most of the past will be gone and that's ok.

He was very communicative and responsive, and took the headache out of car repairs. I will only go to Mirak for any future repairs and recommend them wholeheartedly! Bonus that Enterprise rents cars out of that location so it's not necessary to travel to another location to rent a car during repairs--very convenient.”
