“My son's 2010 Prius gave us the dreaded "Check Hybrid System" alert one morning. We took it to a Toyota dealer, but once they spotted a mouse nest in the trunk area, they wouldn't touch it without paying them $1,500 to assess the possible mouse damage to the battery. They recommended calling our insurance company who would probably total the car.We said "No thank you" and called PriusKings. Bob came out, disassembled the battery assembly, found the chewed wires, and even disposed of the mouse nests and long-deceased mouse. He then installed a reconditioned battery with nice new wiring harnesses, all for a bit more than Toyota wanted just to diagnose the issue. “Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”

“I brought my car in because my dad (who is not an expert but just a dad) thought there an axle was rusted through (a $600 repair!). They kept my car overnight and did all the tests on the planet and determined that there was absolutely nothing wrong, and they explained everything they checked, everything they found, why they think it's fine, and what they think my dad saw. It's fantastic that they explained it all in a way I could understand (I asked a lot of "I don't know anything about cars" questions). And they are giving me the car back with no charge because they didn't have to do any fix. I would absolutely come back anytime.”
“Just about the nicest guys, gave them a call less than an hour before they closed to get a tire plugged. They got me right in, came in with just the tire, they got it plugged in about 5 minutes, I offered to put the tire back on my car to not waste any more of their time and they instead got my car on the jack, put the tire back on and topped all my tires off with air. Could not ask for a better service.”
