“It was as easy of an experience as you could hope for when dealing with a broken down car. I highly recommend if you live in the area to use them as your mechanic or if you ever have an emergency go there! A+My car broke down with a bad alternator on I-83. I was able to jump my car and drive off the highway. I did a quick Google search for local automotive mechanics and noticed that Milford had excellent reviews. I was able to get my car towed to Milford but they were closed at the time. Someone who works there actually stopped in to get something while I was dropping off my key so I was able to explain the situation.He told me they'd be able to take care of it in a day or two which worked out perfectly because I was not in a rush. They called me the next day to confirm it was the alternator. The day after that the car was repaired and I haven't had a single issue with it since. It's been running great. Since I live an hour away they were able to leave my key and I could pick it up after hours.Thank you Milford Automotive Service Center!”

“I went to pep boys because my car battery was acting up and pep boys checked out my battery being that I had a warranty on it and they said nothing was wrong with my battery after I done went next door to auto repair shop and they told me I needed a new battery when pep boys told me I did not. I’m so thankful for my experience with the pep boys staff they were so friendly and welcoming. my problem was fixed fast even though I was told it would be a two hour wait. “My elderly mother drove a badly damaged car into the shop, and the guys treated her like she was their own grandmother. They gave her a ride back to her senior living apartment, assessed the damage, and contacted her with a reasonably priced estimate before the end of the day. They repaired the extensive damage quickly, and when I was unable to bring her to pick up the car before the close of business on Friday, they came to get her, so she could bring her car home. You don't get much better service than that!”

“I first came to this shop because they were one of the few places locally that can order and install continental tires, which i really prefer on my car. They ended up doing brake work for me and did a great job at a reasonable price. I have a background in cars and i historically do my own work, but with my job becoming more demanding i have passed most of it to this shop.
