“After years of incredibly poor customer service from Walgreens and then CVS, I transferred all of my prescriptions to Ruxton Pharmacy, a family-owned business in Ruxton. I took a chance but I definitely have no regrets. I walked into the Ruxton Pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription and to possibly refill another. What could have taken an hour at CVS took me 5 minutes at Ruxton Pharmacy. There was no one in line, the phones were not ringing off the hooks. The gentleman who helped me was kind and personable. Bonus points: The prices I paid were at least 25% cheaper than CVS or Walgreens. They also have an A-mazing greeting card selection which I will take advantage of the next time I return. “So very happy with the Catonsville Pharmacy.....so much so that I will be moving my other prescriptions to them now that we are not locked into a insurance company's selection! Our stuff is always filled timely and we can pick it up with hours that we can get there. The place we are going now has no Saturday hours and they close at 5. It's very hard to get there when you are sitting on the beltway in traffic. Everyone is beyond friendly and always willing to listen. I just cannot compliment them enough! Looking forward to them being our always pharmacy!”

“Mimikay has never failed to make sure that the medicine I need is stocked, and that I have refills. I have never had a time where I have had to wait. Kay and his wife, Mimi are two of the nicest people that I have ever met. I no longer live in the area, and I still make my way there to get my prescriptions filled every month(or any time in between). I will continue to do so because no other pharmacy comes close to providing the treatment you receive as well as the prompt service. It isn't just a business for him...he truly cares about his customers. If your choosing to go to any other pharmacy I suggest that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.”
“This Giant location is closest to my home and is currently undergoing a complete remodel. It's already looking a lot better, although right now it's a bit hard to shop because my knowledge of the store layout is limited. I always use self check-out and the woman who usually helps me is so nice. I appreciate how friendly she is. She has an accent, sounds like she's from the islands.”

“Have been coming here for 3 years and started taking the service for granted until I had to go to RiteAid for an immediate need and it took them 40 minutes whereas at Osler you walk in and are helped immediately.At RiteAid, Walgreens, and CVS, always slow lines, and takes them a while to fill, and there’s usually rudeness from the overworked underpaid staff.At Osler, it’s all much faster and more convenient; for instance I don’t have to bring my card bc it’s on file. He will also order anything you need if they don’t have it, and call you when it’s in. If you call, the pharmacist picks up immediately, and likely knows you by name.”

“I recently moved near Security Mall and was looking to change my pharmacy. I called Weis pharmacy to inquire about how to transfer my medicine. The pharmacist gave me clear instructions and it was a swift transition. They were able to set me up with auto enrollment to ensure my alerts when its time for a refill.Today I received my first alert for a refill. The alert informed me that my prescription was ready. I went to pick up the meds and it was a line. The wait to get to the register was almost 20 minutes. When it was my turn, my check out was pretty swift. I think they may have been short staff because the pharmacist was working the one operable cash register. May God give her strength.”
