Some of your associates need to show more personality and customer service. I've been to this location several times and the associate today was my worst experience. She had no customer interaction or anything.

My personal experience was fine. What wasn't fine? The young man who didn't have the patience to help the older couple. They obviously had no idea how to scan a QR code or even where to find it. I took care of it, though.
