“Good day, on 10/10/2022 I went to the T-Mobile store on Smallwood Drive Waldorf, Md. to open a business account. Initially, I was assisted by, Mr. Marcus who started the process. Shortly thereafter, I was assisted by, Ms. Geisha and she was very helpful. Mr. Marcus routinely checked with, Ms. Geisha to ensure the process was moving forward and was willing to assist as needed and I noticed, at one point, he called customer service to ensure there were no complications. Ms. Geisha handled the process which allowed, Mr. Marcus to assist other customers as they entered the store. I noticed the store was busy yet, they greeted every customer, and ensured everyone was assisted in a timely manner. At one point, they had to assist multiple customers to ensure we all received assistance in a timely manner.Mr. Marcus and Ms. Geisha are knowledgeable and professional and I would welcome the opportunity to return for future assistance, products, and services.”

“Today I had the pleasure of being helped by DeCarlo when I came in to remove some things from my account. He treated me like a VIP guest at a diamond rated hotel and I was thoroughly impressed and honored by his knowledge, patience, and epic customer service! DeCarlo’s advisement was spot on, and the things he couldn’t do in store were executed via T-Mobile’s call-in customer service while DeCarlo stayed with me to ensure no hick-ups. Once finished, he gave me a discount on an in store product that he helped me pick out for protection for my Ultra without me asking. As I expressed my gratitude, I noticed that he was the Store Manager from his name tag, which I hadn’t noticed before. I felt appreciated and cherished as a T-Mobile customer and will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Kudos to DeCarlo and his team. I think this guy deserves to be a regional manager and I pray T-Mobile seriously invests in his upward mobility. Blessings!”

“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!”
“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

He told me I could not trade my phone in to buy a new one even though the phone was only a month old, when I went to the other boost store about a mile away I was told that yes I can trade the phone in and I did very poor customer service”
