I had a unit that I inherited from a prior owner (did not buy it at Bruno’s ) that seemed to be having trouble . I was adamant I needed a replacement but they walked me through trouble shooting and i was able to keep the unit running . Very classy to do what’s best for the customer . Great guys”
“Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice.”
“These guys are the best! I brought a Dyson DC15 into them that would not power on. It turns out the power cord was bad which they replaced. It had another weird issue where the beater brush would not engage when the power button was depressed. Guy who is the owner figured out that one of the power switches that controls the brushes was wrong. The Dyson schematic for this had the wrong part number listed. He replaced that switch with a momentary switch and now the vacuum works perfect. They are very fair with their pricing and they stand behind their work. They also explain things to you first before doing any repairs. Highly recommend them.”
“We had an excellent experience with sales consultant David Seldin in early February. We were in the market for a stainless steel double oven. He was extremely service oriented, efficient and mindful of our time. After helping us select the product we wanted, he very carefully addressed measurements for the inside cabinet install. The installation worked out beautifully and once again we were very pleased with the competency and courteous manner of the install team.”

Today, I found myself in a predicament, needing to process an extensive return for supplies that were inadvertently over-ordered. “I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

“I visited the Parkville store yesterday , found a dryer in my price range. Staff was great from the time I walked in the door, even the same staff member recognized me when I came back the same day. She explained everything I needed to know from the delivery fee and the date it will be delivered. Dryer was delivered the next day (today) as I was told. She didn’t pressure me into buying anything. I thoroughly inspected the product inside and outside before I brought it. Dryer had a minor scratch on it, but I really didn’t care its a used dryer of course its going to have minor scratches long as it work properly I’m aye okay. My dryer works great for a used dryer I have no complaints. Definitely be back in the future.”

“Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.”

“Julian arrived at the time promised during his confirmation call. He was considerate of the fact that I was working from home during his visit. He promptly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and offered an additional service that was needed. The repair was completed way quicker than I expected and he was in and out in no time so that I could get back to my regular routine. “Purchased a used upright freezer. The young lady was so friendly and helpful. She said I could pick it up in a few days because they wanted to make sure it worked well before purchasing. After a week I picked it up and it works great so far after a month. I recommend this place for purchasing appliances!”
“I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. 1971 E Joppa Rd, Parkville“So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre. THANK YOU Dre, keep being amazing and thanks so much for your help!”
